Good Afternoon Club Presidents and Football Fans

Following the planning meeting of last Thursday, I am very pleased to announce that  the
next 5-A-Side Charity Tournament will be held on Sunday, 28 June 2009. Matches will take
place between 12 noon and 4pm. Entry to the tournie is set at $120 per team with all
proceeds going to charity. The charity will be nominated by the winners of the tournament.

Further details on the tournament, presentation and the ever important post-tournament
drinks will be sent to you in Mid June. In the meantime, it would be appreciated if you
could provide confirmation of your clubs attendance by Friday, 12 June 2009. As previously
advised we have very keen interest from Arsenal, Chelsea, Celtic, Spurs and Middlesbrough -
it would be great to hear back from the other clubs who have been invited. We are seeking to
have a tournament of 8 - 10 teams.

Good Evening Club Presidents and Football Fans

This is a reminder that we are seeking to finalise the entrants to the next round of our
5-A-Side Charity Tournament in the very near future. Ideally we would like the tournament to
consist of between 8 and 10 teams. We are very pleased to confirm the following clubs will
be attending:

Arsenal
Chelsea
Manchester United
Spurs &
Celtic

So that we can book sufficient court space and move ahead with other plans would the
following clubs please let me know by 12 noon on Sunday 14th June 2009 if you are entering:

Everton
Hibs
Leceister
Leeds
Liverpool &
Middlesbrough

Once entrants have been confirmed we will be able to move ahead with finalising the draw,
producing the matchday program, and putting the final touches to the post tournament
function and presentation. We are also seeking to gain the support of sponsors for this
event but again, this can only proceed once we have confirmed the line up.

Broadly speaking the tournament will commence at 11.30am with the first matches kicking off
at 12 noon. Our venue will again be the Albert Park Indoor Sports Centre. The Final will be
held at 3.30pm. Presentation of the Charity Shield (and post tournament function) will occur
at 5pm at the Celtic Club. Entry to the tournie is set at $120 per team with all proceeds
going to charity (at $20 each - thats great value). The charity will be nominated by the
winners of the tournament.
