At last Gibbo's realised it's time for a change....now the big question is who's going to be good enough to replace him?

Bonus night in that we won as well and West Brom and the geordies got beat. It's turning out to be a very open league - if we'd have lost tonight we would have been 11th! Time to push on and capitalise on others mistakes

Very strange timing, 1 point off the top and after a win....decision should of came 6 months ago...

Strachan looks fav for the job, even heard a Keegan rumour...- no thanks.

Interesting times...

This decision should have come 18 months ago. Thanks christ we got rid of this muppet before our chances of promotion were ruined. I think we need a manager with a fair bot of experience now, we can't afford another gamble on a fresh new face or up'n coming ex player.

Thank God for that. It's the most exciting thing to happen to the Boro in the last 3 years. None of the managers being talked about, fill me with much enthusiasm though

Interview with Gibson is up on the website. appears it was about about 3 weeks ago.

Is hoping for an anouncement regarding a new manager to be made by the weekend. New manager will not be in for the preston game though

I was told 3 weeks ago from a very reliable source that Strachan was coming in.
Apparantly we're that short of cash we had to get a manager with the same initails!
So, when you see him in the tracksuit and it's too big you know why
