Nothing like being optimistic but 6th & 9th WTF ?

With the limited strengthening and selling GS has been doing I think it's another 12-14th finish so unfortunately I think this will be another Ravanelli season, score tons of goals and let more in at the other end. I hope I'm wrong but losing LY and not buying Robinson or Carson is going to bite us on the ass. I'll pick 12th and hope I'm wrong and Turnbull plays out of his skin all year.

It's the beauty of sport , we just don't know do we.We look at transfer's,what other teams are doing,past seasons,gut feelings ....but we never really know.We won't get in the top 4 , but we could be sensational , we could tear Spurs apart and be the talk of the league , GS could get it spot on. We could, as you say, find ourselves inexperienced and weak at the back and spend all season in despirate trouble , GS could get it oh so wrong. JUST BRING IT ON. Paul and are optimistic cos
a) we live in the best state in Oz and all Victorian's are optomistic     or
b) we are just so sick of watching bloody Australian rules we cannot contain our excitement/optimism as a proper sporting season aproaches
